Thought of the day:
I can't remember when was the last time that I slept this early without waking up ultra early the next day.
I should be having about 10 hours of sleep and I know it'll do me and my body some good.
I really believe my health should be top priority because it affects everything.
It's so much easier for me to skip 2 hours of sleep instead of skipping 2 hours of working out. And it shouldn't be that way.
Sleeping and recovery and being healthy is the game changer. It affects everything I do including how well my body develops after a workout.
But it also affects my mood, my concentration, how well I perform at work, my motivation, etc.
I need to take care of myself.
